A massive thank you to our families and children for throwing yourselves so enthusiastically into the various activities for Walk to School Week. I thoroughly enjoyed receiving photos of your wonderful ways to school (and witnessing some first hand!) and it has been great to see so many pupils and families taking part.
There is also photographic evidence (although not of the blisters) that I did, in fact, manage to walk all the way to school on Monday morning! I really appreciated the encouraging/congratulatory messages that were sent in (and Beccy and Ali Ellacott shouting out of their upstairs window to give me a cheer on the home stretch!).
