Year 1 and 2 have done a fantastic job in sewing club and in only 4 weeks! They began by sewing on their fin and button eye, before stitching around the edge of their fish. Next came the stuffing, before sewing it all up and making sure there were no holes. Finally the finishing touches, adding on sequences and feathers. The children all worked very hard to complete their fish and learnt new skills such as threading a needle and doing the running stitch. We are sure that you would agree they look fantastic! A huge thank you to Miss Mansfield for running this club through-out the year.
