The Black Hole Visit
On Wednesday 7th March, Upper School were visited by the Black Hole, a planetarium. Although nervous at first, once inside the dome, the children were wowed by the presentation. They learnt all about the planets, orbiting and day and night, but they were particularly amazed to see the star formations fill the walls of the dome. The children were taught the stories behind the stars and how to spot the patterns in the sky. We would like to thank the School Association for their contribution towards the planetarium workshop- it was a very memorable experience for the children and staff alike!
