Raging Rivers
As part of our new topic, we have been exploring how rivers work. We started by learning about the water cycle and how evaporation and condensation support this process. We drew the cycle on the playground and became the water to experience this. We have also been exploring river features. In our pictures, you can see us being the water in a meander. Erosion is happening on the outside of the bend, so we picked up material (multi-link cubes), which we then deposited further on down the river.
