The sun shone and the weather was warm on the last day of the Spring Term for the Lower School football rematch of Claridge's Champs v Phillips Phenomena. In a high scoring game, Miss Claridge's Team, captained by Marshall Berridge on his debut and inspired by Harold Lane Fox's hat-trick, ran out 5-3 winners. Other goals for the champs came courtesy of a brace from Jacob Taunton, taking his season's tally to 5, with Jacob Williams, Bella Williams and Barney Taylor for the reds.
Players of the match were:
Marshall Berridge for leading by example and not missing a tackle all game.
Bella Williams for an all-action performance, with a 100% effort and a deserved goal
