Praying for SchoolsPraying for Schools
The Praying for Schools prayer group was set up in 2013 by a few people who were keen to pray for the life of the schools in Chesterton, Bletchingdon and Kirtlington.
Each school has a prayer box and prayer request cards can be written and placed in the box. Requests can come from anyone connected with the school - pupils, parents, staff and governors. Requests are kept anonymous for confidentiality. The prayer requests are collected weekly and any urgent requests are emailed to the prayer group.
Once a month, there is an opportunity to meet to pray. Each village takes its turn to host. Everyone is welcome to these meetings. The prayer requests from each school are read out and prayed through. Prayer request cards are returned to the writer and a response card is attached, confirming the request has been prayed.

Praying for SchoolsChesterton School's prayer box is located outside the school office. If you would like to submit a prayer request by email: jackie@team-meek.com
We are committed to praying for the life of the school and it's a privilege to walk with families in the ups and downs of life, through praying for them. We meet at 8pm.
If you would like to join us to pray or would like more information, please speak to Jackie Meek, Christopher's Mum on 07774 216750.
