This term, a group of our pupils took part in the Cross Country Event at TBS and what a fantastic effort they all put in! Every competitor ran brilliantly, showing great determination and team spirit throughout the day.
Year 3 & 4 Girls – Finished joint 4th as a team, with one runner placing in the top 10.
Year 3 & 4 Boys – Achieved an impressive 2nd place as a team, with three runners in the top 10.
Year 5 & 6 Girls – Took 1st place overall, with three pupils finishing in the top 10.
ear 5 & 6 Boys – Earned a strong 3rd place, with one runner in the top 10.
Thanks to these fantastic performances, Chesterton placed 3rd overall in the competition!
We’re so proud of everyone who took part and can’t wait to cheer on our finalists as they head to the next round at Sibford School in December. Well done, team!
