The Chesterton running teams put in a fantastic performance, their best in many years, against stiff competition from 17 other local schools. In each category, the top 4 runners (from a team of 8) scored points to count towards a team total.

Here are the team results:
Year 3/4 Girls: Champions! (qualified for North Oxfordshire District Final)
Year 3/4 Boys: 4th place (qualified for North Oxfordshire District Final)
Year 3/4 Overall: Runners-Up
Year 5/6 Girls: Runners-Up (qualified for North Oxfordshire District Final)
Year 5/6 Boys: 5th place
Year 5/6 Overall: 3rd Place
Overall Combined: 3rd Place
These are a wonderful set of results against such a large field, especially considering that a number of the other schools have many more pupils than us.
