SIAMS: National Society Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools Report - Sept 2026

The inspector found that Chesterton Church of England Primary School is living up to its foundation as a Church school and is enabling pupils and adults to flourish. The report recognises the strength of our vision - Building Firm Foundations for Life - and the positive impact it has on every aspect of school life.

The inspection highlighted many strengths, including our caring and inclusive culture, the strong relationships between pupils, staff and families, the high profile of RE and the meaningful collective worship that brings our community together. The report also recognised the support we provide to ensure every child is known, valued and given opportunities to thrive.

We are incredibly proud of this outcome. It reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff, governors, church partners and, most importantly, our wonderful children. Thank you also to you, our families, for the support and trust you give us every day.

As always, we will continue to build on our strengths and embrace the next steps identified within the report as we strive to provide the very best education and care for every child.
